Single Event Policies
General:
A minimum of 20 people is required.
Groups may rent the facilities from late April to
mid June and then again from August until the end of October.
What we
offer:

CCSC
offers four (4) hour events in one of our function
buildings that is reserved exclusively for the use
of your event.

Rehearsal Dinners, Company Clambakes & BBQ's,
Meetings & Conferences, Brunches, Birthday Parties,
Bar Mitzvahs, etc.

Clambakes & BBQ's, catered by our CCSC chef.

CCSC
provides basic setup of tables, we use disposable
plates/silverware/tableclothes. Guests are
welcome to arrange a time to decorate to their
liking if they choose.

Due to
our large volume of Group Rentals, we do not cater
to weddings at this time.
Supervision:
Groups are responsible for the overall safety of each individual and must maintain appropriate supervision at
all times. The Group Coordinators reserve the right to request a group to leave the grounds if a group
appears to have difficulty supervising their participants.
Registration Process:
Tentative reservations may be made over the telephone.
After you have received the appropriate paperwork by
mail, you must return a signed Group Contract agreement and a $300 Reservation Deposit (non-refundable- applied to the cost of your stay.)
Your reservation is not official until these two
items have been received.
To confirm your reservation, we will mail you a
Confirmation form that will be a payment receipt as well
as the details about your group. You must return the completed Group
Confirmation and 50% partial payment no later than six (6) weeks before your arrival date; failure to do so may result in canceling your registration.
Certificate of Insurance:
A certificate of insurance is required for all events &
groups that rent our facilities, contact CCSC for more
information.
Payment Policy
All monies for services rendered are due one (1) week
before arrival, less the Registration Deposit and 50%
Confirmation Payment.
Payment may be made with Master Card, VISA and Discover credit cards, as well as check or cash.
Cancellations:
A three (3) week notice of cancellation is required or you will be billed in full as indicated on the signed group license and Group Registration Form.
The Group Coordinators reserve the right to cancel reservations due to severe weather or for individuals or groups not abiding by the rules, regulations and policies of CCSC.
Pets
Absolutely no pets are permitted.
